Event description:
Join Yale Health Registered Dietitian, Becky Purcell, as she shares how to adopt a more plant-forward diet and share sustainable cooking tips. She will also prepare a plant-based recipe:
- Beet and black bean burger
- Carrot/cabbage slaw
- Sweet potato fries
Registered participants will receive the recipe and shopping list ahead of time in case they want to cook along.
